Trophies design
The Cinemamed is placed under the sign of the discovery, initially by the means of a little or not exploited cinema in Belgium, then thanks to its market, its decoration and its exhibitions, through which it evokes in the same place the 20 countries of the Mediterranean basin.
The trophy simple but expressive shape, based on a standard aluminum extrusion, heightens its impression of elegant finesse. The anodization granularity evokes the sand found on Mediterranean beaches. The negative impression in the shape reminds the chili pepper of Cinemamed branding strategy. This poetic approach given to the trophies reinforces its strong DNA allowing the aesthetic to stand out, particularly through the use chromatic red.
Cinemamed contacted us to ideate, design and produce a serie of trophies aligned with their brand DNA. Our design team brainstormed around their chilli logo. Once the shape chosen was transformed into a 3D trophy, we supported the production for the 2021 awards ceremony.
